FAQ for intelligent multi-rotation actuator


- The power indicator light and display screen are not displayed

A. The power supply is not on in fact

B. Voltage is too low

C. The wire is connected in a wrong way

D. The circuit is damaged


- It actuates immediately upon power on without control signal

A. The wire is connected in a wrong way

B. The control signal exists effectively in fact.


- The lamp and display screen in working fail to display normally

C. The indicator light or display screen is damaged, so the circuit needs to be replaced


- The middle position is movable, but the limit is immovable

A. The torque switch is wired in an opposite direction

B. The motor in place happens to be damaged or the wiring is open


- The power-on site and remote control don't actuate

C. The motor is damaged or the rotation is blocked or the wiring is wrong

D. The circuit is damaged
